Available Pipe2012 Engines
KYPipe Surge Gas Steam SuperSteam
Liquids. The KYPipe engine is the most widely used and trusted hydraulic analysis engine in the world and has been qualified for nuclear applications. Powerful and fast transient analysis, Surge is an integrated analysis program with numerous advanced features. Steady, one-dimensional, isothermal flow for ideal, and non-ideal variable density gases. Steam analyzes the steady state flows and pressures in steam distribution networks. Supersteam will model complex steam distribution networks with multiple supply sources generating either superheated or saturated steam.
GoFlow SWMM GoPlot Pump Cycles TranSurge
Sprinkler system analysis. GoFlow includes automatic layouts, over 200 backflow preventors, pipe schedules from 3 different hazard classifications, supply plot, hydraulic summary, required capacity, remote area analysis and ESFR. Analyzes storm water and sanitary systems for pressure and partial flow scenarios using the latest EPA SWMM 5.0 engine This engine quickly produces high quality water supply curves with or without fire pumps. Pump Cycles analyzes the number of cycles/hour that a given pump/hydrotank will require over a specified range of system demand. This engine has been specifically designed for modeling transients in long transmission mains.

A pipe is defined as a connection between two nodes with a constant diameter and roughness and can have multiple changes in direction and elevation and multiple hydrants and on/off valves.
